Joe appears in Dhilly Game 5 defending the computer containing the backstory of Dhilly and Shilly. Unfortunately for her, Square can defeat her easily. She is the scientist that created Dhilly and Shilly.
Dhilly Game 5[]
She meets Square on his way to a computer in Dhilly's laboratory. Square defeats her by jumping on her head and continues forth.
Dhilly Game 6[]
She meets Square again with head protection on his way to take the Dhilly Weapons Locker Keycard. Square can't defeat her by jumping on her head because she is wearing head protection.
